Your Place My Gym is a mobile personal training service that delivers individualised exercise programs to NDIS participants in the comfort of their own home, a local park, or another suitable community location. By bringing the service directly to the participant, we remove barriers such as transport, accessibility, and unfamiliar environments, making it easier to engage in regular physical activity.
Our personalised training sessions are designed to improve each participant's functional capacity, independence, physical health, and overall wellbeing. Every program is tailored to the participant's goals, abilities, and support needs, with exercises that focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, coordination, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness.
Our mobile personal training service supports participants to:
