SJ Support Services provides person-centred disability and NDIS support across Wonthaggi, Bass Coast and South Gippsland. We work alongside participants and families to build independence, confidence, creativity and meaningful community connections. Services include in-home and daily living support, community access, transport, support coordination, plan management, accommodation support and life-skills development. We also offer creative and expressive programs incorporating art, music, movement, drama, creative writing and digital arts—creating enjoyable opportunities for self-expression, skill-building and connection.
