These terms apply to free Servora participant accounts.
A Servora participant account is free. It lets you personalise Servora, save providers and events, and send enquiries to providers listed on the platform.
Your participant profile is private and is never made public. The information you provide (including your address, contact details, disabilities or conditions and the services you are looking for) is used only to improve your Servora experience and for Servora marketing purposes.
Servora does not share your information with providers. A provider only receives your details when you choose to submit an enquiry to them, and only the details included in that enquiry.
Servora does not sell or give your information to third parties.
By creating a participant account you are automatically included in the Servora participant mailing list, which shares updates, new providers, events and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting support@servora.com.au.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use enquiries only for genuine requests for support, and not to misuse the platform or contact providers with spam or inappropriate content.
Providers are responsible for the information on their profiles. Servora does not endorse or guarantee any provider, and you should make your own enquiries before engaging a service.
